D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals visit

On Monday, October 7, 2019, Mrs. Joanna Goger took students from her ENSP330 course (Intro to Environmental Law)  to the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals.  They had the opportunity to hear an oral argument in a Clean Air Act case brought by the Sierra Club against the EPA!
